Hi, I’ve been registered at BBBMarkets.com since mid-October. After first friendly telephone conversations, the talks on the part of BBBMarkets became more aggressive. Instead of the granted amount, almost three times of the amount was deducted! However, I also was credited with a good bonus. But beware! This bonus blocks the entire deposit! It is not possible to book back the deposit, even if you do without the bonus! To get access to Your deposit You have to make a trading volume of 30 times of the deposit plus bonus. Is this legal?

    • Seb

Hi, If they give you a bonus, it means you can not withdraw any funds until you have traded 25 times the money in the account. So if you have 100usd, you would have to trade a volume of 2500 usd before you can withdraw. Thats why one should never take a bonus when you first start out and are testing a broker. Other than that, have you been making profits with a broker?

WHose your broker? Angela? I face the same issue as well pushy broker

    • pua thian seong

hi all @Dapianren:disqus @disqus_log72qwpej:disqus @disqus_QQQtg5AdXz:disqus in the end do you guys able to get the money as you want? i would like to join but after read the review it look like…… hope to get more idea from you guys

    • David Hoffman is my broker

  • TeJ

Anyone here faces the issue of having late replies from the broker?.. They only reply when you deposit fund inside.

  • ZYL

I signed up with them. It is the worst. I m already prepared to give up my 20k that i park with them. The broker said that I must trade 25 times of the deposit and the bonus PLUS MY SUBSEQUENT deposit. And he keep pushing me to put in more money.
Beware of them. they never reply unless you deposit funds inside.
Can anyone knows who can we approach for help? I can understand the 25 times on my deposit and the bonus. But I do not understand why my subsequent deposit (without bonus) have to be subjected to 25 times too. I reread the contract on the bonus, but they never stated that.

  • ZYL

they keep pushing me to borrow from the bank to fund the account. and when i rejected, i was deem to be unreasonable

    • ZYL, that sounds very familiar ? “OPM” ? thats what my broker tried to “recommend” me —- !

  • ammar

is there anyone who knows how to get rid of bloody bonus contract and withdraw and be the boss of your own account withdraw and invest when ever you want. bec i made a mistake of taking bonus he promised me of 2 months trading and your margin will be achieved. and now margin is still same but slight change of 4 or 5 thousand. i am stucked of trusting them. it seems like these companies are not real the have dual system one they control and one neutral or orignal universal prices. bec when you see forex trades prices all of the vompanies have there own prices, and they manupulate easily. never ever trust your broker. and dont take bonus at all dont let him trade or uide you to trade more than 25%of your investment or current balance. honeysalam@yahoo.com..

  • pua thian seong

Hi Charles, in the end do you able to withdraw all your money now? I have face to not to get back my money too.

    • my account had grown to a impressive amount however, its just on screen, nothing had been possible to withdraw since …. and the broker keep asking for more deposit ….deposit & they he has never ending good opportunities from NFP, Trump… and all sorts of reasons for u to put in more money… so far i had since stop all deposit and shun / block my broker lines and refuse to response to his email. obviously $$ is stuck there good for viewing only.

    • TS , how much had u since deposited with BBB & your WON ? managed to withdraw a single cent from your WON so far ? nothing for me unfortunately …

  • TeJ

Here’s some feedback after trading with them for 3 months now.

1] As I stay in asia country, It takes me 1 week to get my withdrawal reaching to my bank account.
    – It may be due to my bank policy or, they are delaying the process.

2] They will invest on you, they will give you bonuses once a while once you reached a milestone of trading, however do keep in mind that, it requires you to trade another 25 times in order to withdraw the bonus amount.

3] They will contact you via, skype to schedule the time to trades with you, and then call you via phone number.

    Review:
By far, I must agree that I been through the worse case with them during their Christmas holiday, they havent responded to me for 2 weeks, however after that, its a smooth sailing of trading done with them.

Note: Do kept in mind to trade actively, and not give them the permission to trade on your behalf.

    • sounds very much like a broker ……

      • TeJ

Hey Charles, hows everything for your aside? May I ask which country youare from?

    • Aar Kay

Can you trade without the broker helping?

I opened an account with BBB Markets in Dec 2016 and I am not satisfied with
    the service I received.

I want to complain about my broker Ray’s intolerable and improper character. He
was rude, crude, demeaning and sweared the 4 letter word at me over the phone.
He was childish, making “dabbling” sounds when I was trying to talk. Is this
the way BBB Markets conducts business with its customers? Is this BBB Markets
    code of ethics and conduct?

I was extremely dissatisfied with Ray when he invested all my money in the gold
long-term trade without giving me prior notice, which prevented me from
achieving the 25x trading ruling prior to withdrawal. The gold trade has gone
bad and my money is gone.

I checked my account balance 2wks ago and found my gold long-term trade gone.
Ray did not realised it until I highlighted to him. He reassured me he will
look into this matter and keep me posted. I have not heard from BBB Markets
about the money which is missing from my account.

I am concerned where my money has gone and whether I can get it back. I am
having second thoughts on doing trading with BBB Markets, fearing that a
    similar situation will recur.

THESE PEOPLE ARE BULLY’S TO GET YOU TO DEPOSIT MORE AND MORE FUNDS THEN THAY DESERT YOU TO BLOCK AND STEAL YOUR CREDIT, DEFINITELY DO NOT ENTER ANY TRADE DEALS WITH THEM. THEY APPLY BONUS WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND REFUSE TO RETURN YOUR DEPOSITS

  • Jack Lau

My money all gone and I don’t know why? My account is empty now. This is cheating and very bad.

BBB Markets are nothing but a bunch of crooks! I was initially contact by Steve from BBB sales department and he told me that an acc manager will be allocated to my trading acc. That acc manager was Joseph Cohen my nightmare started, after my deposit, and a promise of making approx $2500 p/m that didn’t happen. I tried to withdraw my money and Joseph Cohen refused to approve my withdrawal request saying, I broke his heart & trust. He then coerced me into going for a long term trade with expiry date being March 2017, this was in December 2016. Today is 13 July 2017 and I don’t have either my deposit or the promised investment amounts.

I’ve contacted the complains department & Joseph Cohen’s manager by the name of Richard who after a string of promising email engagements has gone AWOL and has stopped responding to all my emails.

Can someone please assist, All I want back is my deposit.

BBB Markets are a SCAM! STAY AWAY!!!!

  • Scarlet Heart

I was called by an account manager Dean Taylor to open a binary options trading account with BBBMarkets broker services on 16-Nov-2016.

A senior broker Ray Thompson was assigned to me and we started trading on 21-Nov. We had a spoken agreement to use risk management 10% at all times to trade. He agreed. He solicited me to put in more money to show significant profits since I’m only investing 10% of my money. All along he only placed short term trades (30secs-1min) and using the risk management we agreed while showing good results. The profits weren’t alot but I was happy. I’m not looking to become instant millionaires. I made a withdrawal on 15-May and was approved.

However things started to go wrong from then on. He placed a long term trade (1-month) on 16-May using up all my money without my knowledge and consent. This totally violated our agreement. I only found out about this on 23-May. I requested him for an explanation. He asked me to trust in his judgement and also assured that this was a VIP trade, suggesting it could not go wrong. Cancelling the trade means total loss for me, so I had to wait till it expires on 16-Jun. I told Ray to not do this again but he kept insisting that he made a winning trade for me. He ignored my warning and placed another trade on 16-Jun again without my knowledge and consent. On 19-Jun, I emailed him demanding an explanation but he didn’t reply until the following day, he called and told me that he “forgot” to cancel the pending trade that was triggered.

On 14-Jul when I logged in to check on the status, I can see that the trade is losing. My broker didn’t call to tell me that though. Was he trying to silently take all my money? That’s when I also noticed something suspicious in that the values of the trade was changed, i.e. the Date and Entry Rate. The date which was 16-Jun became 13-Jul (I have no before screenshot of this unfortunately but I know what I saw) and entry rate which was 20005.4 became 20200.5. I checked market data history and at the point where the call was made (13-Jul 13:55) the NIKKEI rate was not and no where near 20200.5. I called him and he denied making the change. Lied to me about not knowing the original entry rate.

Emailed broker asking for a refund, he said he’s being investigated by the company for losing this trade. Sent my findings to compliance, once they found out that I had no evidence that the trade started on 16-Jun, they didn’t bother to reply back. They weren’t even interested to check on the validity of the entry rate?! Last I spoke to the broker was on 19-Jun, he said he was fired and there’s no way I can get my deposits back. Called again 5 mins after we hung up, couldn’t get him. An assistant named Andrea said she will get someone to call me back. Until now, silence.

Please stay far away and avoid this company at all cost! Cannot be trusted!

Any help or advice is much appreciated.

I’ve been trading with BBB Markets since Dec 2016. They assured me they will trade professionally and not with more then 5% of my investment…..worked sort of ok until today! My account manager, Ben Coleman, managed to successfully loose my entire investment in a matter of 10 minutes trading! A whole 18500 euros! I stress to the public, do not get suckered into trading with these unlicensed and unregistered scam artists.

    • Schalk

Hi David, looks like our events happened basically the same time. I couldn’t even see the transaction under my profile. Only that my account was in a negative…
Also Ben Coleman. This happened 3 days after I told him I am not going to invest any further into BBBMarkets

  • David

In order to provide brokerage/investment/financial services, which include the
offering of Binary Options/Forex/CFD trading, a company is required to have
the appropriate licensing and regulation from a recognized regulatory
authority. By offering Binary Options trading (which are recognized as a
financial instrument and regulated accordingly), BBB Markets intentionally
represented themselves as a brokerage/investment/financial services entity.
