I am a 70-year-old idiot with no experience in investing. I live on Social Security and my wife’s salary.

In November, 2016, I was contacted by phone by Daniel Branson, and a few days later by Gary Willson. Mr. Branson made some promises regarding investing in “binary options” through an account with GCG24. In accordance with his instructions, I set up the account, and maxed out two credit cards and cleaned out my savings, wiring about $24,000 to an address he supplied. He then contacted me several times and instructed me to go to the website GCG24 to observe my success and make more investments. I was then contacted by my son, who had been notified by AARP that I was possibly the victim of a scam. I never heard from Mr. Branson or Mr. Willson again and both websites closed.
