They use a new and simple trading platform. The trading software has high/low binary options are multiple expiration time frames. Starting at 60, 90, 120 seconds, going out to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly options. The returns on EUR/USD options were 70% when we reviewed the site. They support customers who speak English, German, Russian, & Spanish, but their platform is only available in English. Minimum deposit for new accounts is $250.

Glenridge does not allow you to use an auto trading system.

In their terms and conditions (section 18) they write;

If you integrate an automated or semi-automated device on the Glenridge Capital platform, in lieu of your personal interaction, or utilize a backdoor API; we will consider your activity system abuse and we will nullify your position or cancel your account.

This means; if by some miracle you make actually money using a system like NEO2 or Copy Buffett, they will cancel your account!

    I am waiting and waiting to say something great about Glenridge Capital. Was forwarded to them to fund a Broker account for Binary Options here in the United States. Contacted by Sr. account manager, introducing himself, thanking me for my business and congratulating me on choosing a great product. Sr. Account manager also sent me clear document instructions to complete my documentation. The instructions seemed great, covering key numbers of the Credit Card front and back, etc… I complied as instructed right away. Was contacted by Jr. Account manager and so far b-rated for choosing a software product to trade with and told I should start out with $20K to $50K for him to trade with and make me real long term money. So far he has been heavy handed with me in our conversations and I really don’t have more liquid funds to start a Broker account with. Says I cannot trade in my account until the account is verified via documentation. Has committed to responding on three occasions and I have yet to hear from him. Finally last Wednesday was contacted by their Compliance dept. saying to recopy my Credit Card back side with all information showing. They did not say anything about my signature being too light and faded (I think it was). In compliance with their sent documentation instructions I have re-copied the card with a darker signature and yes, I covered the three security numbers on the back of the card as the initial compliance document requirements did say to do that.
    I have been calling back and not getting answered from the account manager. My balance still shows on their site when I log in, but the software is not working with the account at the broker and the broker will not let me manually trade with my balance either. This all started around Oct 12th, today is Oct 26th and I still cannot trade with my money that I have deposited, nor can I withdraw. They tell the paperwork is to make sure I am who I am, well that is certainly the case, I am who I am and I worked really really hard for that liquid capital to start that account with. If they would work courteously and professionally with me, they would ultimately have a profitable relationship for years to come. Now, they have someone wondering what to do about their practice.
    Any other experiences with them out there? Please advise, I really want to give a good report, but have to have a good experience to offer first.

      go look at glenridge capital, I think it is terms and conditions. they have a section that says you can get your
      money back if you have not traded. I did not trade. I copied and pasted that part to them. Go into their
      system, look for withdrawal. make a withdrawal request. send a email stating the day and time of your request
      You should get it. I did (go into your login from their site to make the request) I never sent them any
      documentation. Hope this helps.

      What is the update regarding this company? I to have had a very bad encounter with this company. I have now requested 5 times for a withdrawal and it has been ignored. I submitted all of the necessary paperwork they state you must have and it was confirmed. I was told after I complained the second time that I would receive my money within 3 days, that time and more has past and my account still shows the balance and all of my withdrawal requests still show pending…..Stay away from this company they either have horrible customer service or they are a scam broker, either way….not good. My only hope is that I receive my money and others read this and avoid this company.

        I know this is a couple months since this post but I was just curious. Did you end up receiving your money you requested after all? I feel your pain and know fully well how they operate. I really don’t expect to get my money back I made as a client of theirs and probably just need to chalk this one up as a loss.

    Hi LoxMason, sorry for the late reply, just noticed. It was not good overall. After posting my opinion, they released my account to let me trade. However the account rep had been a bit of a punk to me, super-rude, condescending and all the while demanding even more money to trade on my behalf as he said the self-trading options were inferior. They do not offer training, advice (unless they stand a chance to make five digits from you), and one way service, meaning they are not out for the customer, they are serving themselves at the expense of interested traders. Also, when the answer the phones, it’s super unprofessional.

    Thank you psmith, I wish I had done that from the very beginning. Live and learn I suppose. More searching has shown me there are quite a few good brokers out there that actually offer real customer service, training and quality products.

When this happens, it is usually due to a few reasons (e.g., your documents were not clear or incomplete, our emails went to your spam box.           Glenridge Capital is fraudulent. They advertised a 100% deposit bonus, and when I deposited 250 $, they refused to give me the bonus. Does anyone know where I can file a complaint against them? Even when I tried to contact them, they would not reply. They used a robot trading advert to rope me into openning an account with them, and when I did, I saw that the robot was useless, and I wasted away my 250%. All I ask of them is to refund my money, but I cant reach any of them.

    I also did business with Glenridge Capital aka GreenMountainManage (GreenMountainManage is what appears on your credit/debit account as). I deposited $250.00 on 12/19/15. On 12/24/15 I was emailed by the Compliance Department that my withdrawal was approved. Brian Green was my account manager, her called me 2x and both times he was demanding, condescending and down right pushy for me to deposit 10k. Of course, I did not do that and told him to close my account and return my deposit of $250.00. Finally, after repeated email and phone attempts to get my deposit back, I received it on 1/15/16 for only $194.87, a difference of $55.13. Since I used my debit card from my bank for the deposit, I contacted my bank to dispute my original withdraw of $250.00 on 12/21/15. The claim department did a 3-way phone call with me on 1/14/16 1-888-967-8185 USA and was told my withdrawal was transacted 1/14/16 and it would be in my bank within 3-5 business days. Great news I thought, my claim person requested to wait until 1/23/16 just to make sure it would be in my bank account. Not so,Glenridge Capital only refunded me $194.87 So, to get the information as to why their is a discrepancy of $55.13 I called both the phone # above and also sent an email to support@glenridgecapital:disqus .com, requesting why my withdraw refund deposit from them was short $55.13. NO where is it written nor verbalized that you will NOT get your FULL deposit back in any of my emails, phone calls or on their website. Thankfully, my bank will refund the $55.13 to my account and will request a reason with Glenridge Capital as to why the discrepancy. I sincerely hope my testimonial helps anyone and everyone.       HI Lady. I only see bad reviews for this broker. I had the same problem with beeoptions, that I think is the same group or company. In terms and conditions they say they charge you always $42 for each withdrawal and an additional 10% if you dont turnover your capital for at least $100. So “legally” they charge what they told you in terms and conditions. There is your $55.13…But any other broker as for example Cherrytrade dont charge you for withdrawals.

Please take into consideration that your withdrawal request was placed just prior to Christmas and New Years. This is obviously a busy time of year, and processing can take a tad longer due to banks and processing companies closing for the holidays. That being said, Glenridge Capital was open 24/7 all throughout the holidays assisting clients with questions and withdrawals.

      In regards to the fees, our Terms & Conditions (which you agreed to upon registration) state clearly that all withdrawals incur a $42 processing charge. There is an additional 10% levy fee if a minimum of $100 is not traded. It is for these reasons that your withdrawal showed a subtraction of $55.13.

      I’m sorry to hear that you had a difficult time with your account manager. We hire only the best and most professional staffers. If we hear that anyone is not living up to our high standards, we deal with it accordingly.

        I have also been scammed by Glenridge Capital and they have also ignored the documents I’ve sent confirming my account and ignored my request for a full refund. Please DO NOT invest with this “company” as you will only have your funds disappear into a black hole, never to return. As you can see from the thread here, there are many people who have stated how Glenridge has taken their funds and not returned them in full. Beware.

    For the love of God please do not do any business with Glenridge Capital. This company is nothing more than a scam. I made the mistake of opening an account with $500. As soon as I started making a little bit of profit this joke of a company froze my account “for verification” and haven’t unblocked it even after weeks of pleading with them. I have asked multiple times for my little bit of profit that I made but they won’t even return calls or emails. Bottom line this company is not regulated and does as it pleases and company wide operates with ZERO integrity towards their clients. So hopefully my loss and horrible dealings with this company will prevent anyone else from making the same mistake I did.

        The documents that you requested were sent in almost immediately upon opening my account. I even have the email saying you have everything you need and my account is verified. I was trading for weeks and losing until I had a few successful days of trading and turned a little bit of a profit. Then all of a sudden my account is blocked and needs verified all over again. So again I sent in the requested documents the same as time prior. Now my account is still locked and you won’t return emails or calls. I supposedly have an account manager but all he did was push me to give him at least $5,000 in and let him handle my account which I refused because I can’t even get my little bit of money out of that account so why would I give your company more? At this point all I would like to do is close my account and have the money in there withdrawn. I apologize this has to be in a public setting but when you won’t return emails or calls it leaves a person little choice.

    I submitted comments 3 days ago and they still are not posted. I believe that Glenridge gets to rebut anything before the comments are actually posted. What I experienced and documented in regard to Glenridge is very damaging so I expect that my comments will not show up here. This morning I received an email that the $19,330.75 that they owe me to close out my account has been approved to be sent to me. I believe this to be an attempt at damage control. I will believe it when I see it. I was essentially labeled as a cheater and a liar by their fraud investigator who has never traded on the trading platform. I think if you look through the comments below that one can conclude that Glenridge is the kind of company that no sane, honest person should deal with. I believe that If they were located here in the USA they would be out of business and someone would be in jail.

    As of 2 days ago the money in my account has disappeared completely. It’s the profit that I managed to make using their trading platform. I honestly don’t have anything positive to say about this company because they have shown that they lack any sort of decency when it comes to their clients.     Glenridge Capital is a total scam, don’t invest with them especially if they offer you matching money. They won’t tell you and if you don’t notice in their contract you have to trade 30x the amount you invested plus what they gave you. It is like gambling with your winnings and losing everything. So if you actually win any of your trades you have to keep trading until you will eventually lose everything you invested. Don’t listen to their sales people. Jonathan is one that will keep trying to get you take money out on credit cards saying you can win big with his trades and Josh Murphy has no idea what he is doing regarding trading so don’t listen to anything that they say to you. If you already deposited money get it back as quick as you can and run. I have a little money left that I want to get back and they won’t give it to me because I had not traded a total of $450,000

It is important to clarify that the matching money you speak of is only given if a client specifically requests it. Yes, there are restrictions involved, and before any such bonus is given, we require clients to read over and sign a document that clearly states those conditions. No bonus will be granted until this form is signed. The advantage of such a bonus is that you have a higher capital to work with, thus providing you with more trading maneuverability. As you stated, the condition involves earning a trading turnover. This turnover amount is posted in the bonus form, and it is up to the client to determine whether it is worth it to commit.

        I was told I could have a bonus if I made a deposit of a certain amount of money. The person I talked to did not explain what terms came with the bonus or any warning that if I took it I would have to trade over 30x what was invested. It should have been stated on the phone call or in an email the exact terms. I misunderstood what was in the contract so if it is not explained I believe that I was scammed out of my money. I have already lost enough money. I just want back the small amount that is still in my account with out having to gamble it away which is what you are forcing me to do since your advisors are worthless and have only given me bad advise.

In addition to these scammers is a company named Fast Cash with two crooks : a woman and a man who kept sending you e-mail saying that you’ve got substantial amount of money waiting for your approval if you deposit more into their accounts. THIS IS 100% BULL SHIT . I beg you to listen to me and stay away 1000 miles from Glenrige Capital (aka GreyMountain) unless you want to give them your hard earned money. I sent numerous e-mail to Glenridge cussing and tell them to kiss my ass and join Lucifer in hell for cheating people.

        1. No guarantee whatsoever in writing
        2. No brick & mortar existence for lawsuits to be served
        3. No evidence of registration nor broker license to do business in USA
        4. Even casinos in Las Vegas which live on gamblers for all above 1-3 criteria this Glenridge Capital makes you hold the knife by the blade once it has your money and it’s actually a virtual company. Ask yourself this simple question: when fighting a Buddhist monk, would you expect to win by just pulling his hair ?

        PS: A victim of Glenridge Capital who considered $500 as his normal bet at local casinos in Las Vegas and who swears to God that – at the time of his second request for fund withdrawal of $950 from his Glenridge Capital account he got more than $1750 (records prove that fact) but this request has been ignored (pending) for more than 3 weeks so, knowing that Glenridge is a big scam, he blew all of this money and reduced to $8.75 (current balance) which is expected to be stolen by these scammers. Go ahead Glenridge Capital to pull details of my statement – I challenge and/or authorize you to do so – to prove the innocence of your scam !         I am an neobie in trading unfortunately the 1st broker assigned to me is Glenridge capital. I never get a good talk nor encouragement about my trading. He told me he is wasting his time in doing just $300. To make story short, I kind of flushed my money down the drain :(((. Then he told me to make some 5K or 10K deposit so he can work with me. Making me feel ashamed I only opened $300…my hard earned $300!!! My husband and I had a bad argument about it and he blamed me for doing the trading. Now I feel horrified and I just want my money back!!!!

    I am so happy I came across this site. I joined Fast Cash biz and I was contacted by Glenridge Capitol Exc Acct Manager who basically talked me out of using the auto software of fast cash and giving me other options and not to trust a machine with my money. This Exec. stated that if I invested 5000 he would match it and I would be able to generate 45000 in less than 45 days and that the company would add 150000 to my account to use with my deals.He wants to manage my account personal and he is the head Exec Acct Manage over 70 percent of the accounts at Glenridge. I am waiting for him to call back today he wants me to invest in Gold they have bought and he says the profit is 4000 for each buy resulting in 17000 in a day but I must hurry. What a joke!     I wish I had done more investigating before starting an account with Glenricdge Capitol. I made an initial deposit of $400 and quickly realized I was losing my money on every trade I attempted. I wanted to get my remaining deposit of $240 back but my withdraw request has been pending for weeks. I have contacted support multiple times and no one will tell me why I still havent recieved my money back. After reading everyones comments I fear I will never see my money again. Lesson learned I do hope that my comment helps someone else before it is to late.

    I’ve been also a victim of these binary option games before. I’ve learned my lessons but this is the advice I can give to everyone who wants to get their money back. If the company where you deposited in your account does not reply back to you after 3 attempts, call your credit card company and tell them that ” you are calling to dispute the charge made on your account by ……. your reason is ” that they don’t reply back to you and you feel that it is a scam”. You will 99% get your money back after the credit card will try to contact them and verify. You will thank me later.

    I hope that all of us will not just jump to anything when we become desperate for money.

    They give you an account manager automatically and he tells you he can’t work with you if your account is under $5,000
    I was honored with Jonathan Taylor, you hear on his voice he is a scammer, then he forces you to add to the account another $5,000 and says if the account has $10,000 he can give you 10 risk free trades.
    I asked a few times is it really risk free, he says YES, NO RESTRICTIONS.
    I lost the trade, when I asked for my money (I have in writing from him they were risk free) he doesn’t want to give me my money, he found a paper of restrictions, I asked why didn’t you tell me these things before you forced me to put in so much money??? he says he doesn’t have to tell me this, I need to understand myself he isn’t giving away money free.
    Do me a favor go to a license broker, they do NOT have a license and they are SCAMMERS.
    DON’T FALL INTO THEIR HANDS.

We do our best to make sure that all of terms, policies, risks, benefits, and promotions are 100% transparent in easy to understand language. While there may have been no restrictions on the account for depositing, there may have been a “turnover” requirement. Further, it sounds like you were depositing for a promotion.     It seems to be the norm with Glenridge Capital, to ask for a minimum deposit of $250.00 and once they get it the BS
    starts! Immediately you are assigned a broker who will tell you that $250.00 is a joke, that you need at least $5,000
    to make any money. Preferably, $10,000.- That’s all I had to hear! I immediately asked for my deposit refund! This was on 3/10/2016. I was told that they need 10 business days to process the transaction (really?) In between, I received several calls from “HOT SHOT” traders pushing me to deposit $10,000 and almost shaming me into it.
    I am a licensed Stock broker. Have been for 21 years and I would love to have that “HOT SHOT” that treated me
    like an “ignoramus” in front of me, face to face, to give him a piece of my “MIND”!I called today again and I was told that my refund was being processed today. We’ll see!
    In any event, I would like to know their street address and country. I travel to Europe quite often and if known I wold love to stop by and give my “FRIEND” a warm hello!

    If I had to guess, this company is NOT even within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom or Ireland. With the ease with which you can get a cell phone and number from the area in which you want people to believe that you are located, these folks could be in a hole somewhere in the mountains of Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, or any numerous holes in southeast Asia. Do not give them your money. I was screwed into this with the big “Push Money APP” scam. I have numerous screen shots of what these scammers are telling me, too. All they offer is excuses, The latest excuse as to why I have not received my withdrawal request, “Well, sometimes the system overloads, and we cannot get your funds back to you as soon as you would like.” Run from this company, and run as fast as you can.

    I thank my Visa Card Protection and my bank for looking out for me with this. I wasn’t aware that this company was from out of the USA. I spoke to a english speaking lady named Mrs. Foster who advised me to contact the number on the back of the card to have the payment authorized and to go through. I asked her why and she said because they were in the U.K. and sometimes my bank along with the credit card company will stop the payment process until I call in to give my full authorization. Since I have been scammed by companies out of the U.S.A before, I told her that she can forget me trying to give an authorized payment to a company in the U.K. albeit legitimate or not. I have had to many scams taking place within this year with international companies and I am not going to authorize my bank to pay them. I don’t know if this PUSHMONEYAPP and DREXELCODE are legitimate or not but my advise is to Please Run For The Hills with this…

      I was brought to this company through the Push Money App…be thankful that your credit card company caught this before it went through. I have now been dealing with this fraudulent group for a number of days, trying to get my deposit back, and each United Kingdom. If I had to guess, they are thieves with a base somewhere in southeast Asia, and somehow they are able to “say” that they are located within the UK or Ireland.

I try the 18889678185 number and an automated woman comes on saying ” No one is available to take your call”. I’ve written about 5 messages, tried to use the chat option and it wouldn’t even allow me to initiate a chat session. If you are trying to prove to people your company is not a scam please contact me.

    I finally got someone on the phone (with this “company”) today…SURPRISE (that I finally got an answer) but no surprise that the person on the other side had a very thick, Asian accent. As I have surmised before, I almost bet that this group of thieves is based out of southeast Asia, with zero ties to the United Kingdom or Ireland.     Dear Readers:

    Looked at the PUSH MONEY APP video. Here’s the trouble:

    1. You have to agree to their TERMS & CONDITIONS, but they only give you ten minutes to decide. It took me longer than that to read the Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions specifically state they do not warranty the truth of any statement made in the video or presentation. Every single word could be a lie and the people can all be actors.

    2. The PUSH MONEY APP company is registered in Estonia. It is called MTS Advertise OU. They also run a firm called FAST CASH BIZ. You agree to accept Estonian legal process as part of the TERMS & CONDITIONS.

    3. After doing some research, I read the Glenridge Capital TERMS & CONDITIONS which specifically prohibits BOT TRADES.

    4. It is illegal for overseas Binary Options Traders to solicit for customers here in the U.S.A. That’s why they use these third parties. They’re not regulated. It’s not like having money in an SEC regulated brokerage account here in the U.S. They may establish terms and conditions for the withdrawal of your money. They can impose fee’s, waiting periods or simply cancel all profitable trades and your account at any time.

    5. I can’t verify any of the addresses in the copious emails FAST CASH APP have sent to me.

    6. They take no responsibility for any MALWARE that infects your computer. If they do it deliberately, you’ve agreed to not hold them liable. Even if they don’t do it deliberately and someone else uses their system to infect your computer, you still have no recourse against them.

    Bottom Line: I haven’t given them any money. You may do so at your own risk. Binary Option Trades are bets made against a broker. They own the house. You’re not buying any commodity or security, a stock or a bond, you’re only making a bet on the price at a given moment. The odds are always against you irrespective any system for analyzing economic data.

    For example: Will the stock price of APPLE be going up, or down, at 1:00 pm on Tuesday? No data analysis will give you that information. It’s entirely random.

    I am kind of wondering. With all the information about Glenridge Capital. Has the FBI done anything? I was going to report them to the FBI, but wasn’t sure if they would even do anything. So, I thought, why even waste my time.
    Then I thought. Maybe, if I report them to that TV program “American Greed”. Maybe they can look into it and get satisfaction for us.
    Just posting on here is not enough. Some law enforcement organization needs to get involved.

    I am glad I did some research and found these comments. A little late on my part as I deposited $250 from my Chase Visa account. Once I found out that they are a scam I refused to sign their Credit Authorization Form (CAF). I then emailed them several times to have my account immediately closed. I never received a confirmation email back from them. I proceeded to call them and the Account Manager was conveniently never available. Nor could I even leave a voicemail. When they finally called me back my cancellation request never came up as they would avoid the request and try to influence me to deposit more money with the promise that I would make money with them. Enough is enough! I did what others did; called my credit card company and disputed this single charge of $250. In addition, I had them identified as a fraud company which Visa will now block future charges to anyone with a Visa card by this company.

    • I spoke with the senior advisor two days with some confusion I HAD about a difficulty I encountered depositing with copy buffet but only encountered a hostile individual who condescending insulted me while I in turn only noted for him what professionalism I thought other brokers were and disconnected. I know this is a serious investment business but first impression is the lasting impression, see ‘Ya.

    I ended up on Clengidge Capital through a scam called Aussie Method. I knew nothing about trading, but the aussie scam was supposed to be an app that chose the markets and gave you the best returns. After depositing $300 with Glenridge, I discovered the scam, and so immediately withdrew the money I had just deposited the very next morning. It took over three weeks for Glenridge to finally return my money into my card. However, they charged me $45 to withdraw the money, then they charged me a fee, for that service and 10% more because I had not made any money using their system. I had not even used their system, since I took my money out the very next day. On top of that, in their terms and conditions, they state that if you let your account go dormant without using it, they will continue to charge you a fee. and after six months, charge you even more. However, I could not find anyplace on their sight where you could shut down your membership. I called them and complained (it ended up costing me $87 for merely depositing my money and then asking for it back) They told me they would take me off of their membership, and I would not be charged any more fees, etc. I hope they were telling the truth, so you might want to make sure you no longer have an account there, or you will get charged for it. I just paid $87 for a course in what not to do in the future!

    I’m so glad I have read everyone’s comments, Glenridge Capital is also responsible for insuring they are not allowing anyone from the USA as a client. Do not send anyone in the UK money. Every single website in the UK is a scam! Trust me a few years back I allowed multiple sites from the UK to scam me. They are not just binary scams, they scam people from the USA in every industry. Repeat these words 10 times, I WILL NOT SEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY OVER TO THESE SCAM F%CKS IN THE UK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

    Hey honest folks: Before you make any commitment and/or decision to invest, please simply use your common sense to find “la raison d’être – the reason to be” of that company. Ask yourself this Glenridge Capital’s reason of existence and you will clearly see a big scam immediately: How do they earn money if their clients are successful in trading ???? If you don’t see it – I’d like to confirm that you are worse than puppies for they’ll be able to open their eyes and see the world only few days after birth 🙂

    this is my story…
    I have been saving up for two years and was planning on buying a house and now I losted most of my money in glengridge binary trading..
    I had all this money and thought I was wasting it away just having it sitting in the bank. so i did some research and found copywarrenbuffet software. all the reviews said they were legit, after i signed up I was automatically signed up with glenridge and a few minutes later i received a call.
    long story short i listened to the guy over the phone and took an leverage and lost all money..
    i wish i can call a lawyer or something and get at least half of my money back.

    why i should.
    1. the trading platform skips/glitch. the price will move up and down. sometimes it will freeze in price range and i know damn well the price had moved.
    2. my account manager lost over half my money telling me which position to go for. after that he won’t answer my calls anymore..
    3. they said they dont allow auto trading but i was signed up back an auto software.
    4. im a dumb ass for trusting people over the internet.

    Now that the shock is finally settling.. I just want to curl up and cry, I been living under my means saving up for couple years and have it all disappear within a month.

    i know nothing will happen but maybe someone somewhere will read this before they make the same dumb mistake as I.

    I opened an account with Glenridge Capital after I signed up with another scammer doing auto forex trading named centument.

    I can’t start to trade until I have an account with Glendrige Capital. The name sounds legit and my initial search did not find any anomalies. For 3 months, I tried to work on centument’s platform but it did not work. I may have placed an auto trade for a couple of times but it said it did not get through. Initially, I used my credit card to deposit $500 since I was not comfortable with these two new names.

    I have not heard from centument’s customer service (by email only) despites good review from a biased critiquewho may have been connected with centument to sell their product. So, after 4 months, I decided to request to withdraw my money from Glendrige Capital. Their customer service was always there to answer your call. I tried to withdraw the money online. It took two weeks before I saw my money back into my credit card but only $436.00.

    I did not know what charges they make against my account since I did not remember I successfully placed an auto trade. I did not want to know what charges they took but at least I got a portion of my money back.

    They are a crook. BEWARE CENTUMENT AND GLENRIDGE CAPITAL. They are conniving scammers!!!!

I opened my account in October and have been trying to close my account and get my $5K back and they are still not responding or sending my money back to me and its been since early July. They asked for CTF and more to identify me and said it was finally completed and now I have been waiting almost four weeks to get the money back into my account.

    My account manager will stop talking or calling whenI need his help. They never want to call you back, even hundreds of phone call and messages and emails. First, they told me before I put the money, they said they work for me to make my money grow. After they got the money..they will desappear. Their names are Josh Muray and Phil Parker, I am not sure whether its their real name. Are they sounds familiar to you? I was stupid believe in them, I think I lost the most money than everyone in there. Bad news is, I am unemployed and need the money back and can’t get anyone to talk to. TOTALLY SCAM

    OK — over a year ago I invested $2000 then questioned what they required for verification, especially regarding my credit card. I ignored many calls from their representatives but months later decided to answer a call. The broker contacting me seemed legit (I’m a know nothing investor but the video pulled me in). So, if I wanted him to help me invest, I would need to invest an additional $3K. Well, I had lost my $2K and he was able to impress me, so I went for it. They put in an additional $10K so then my account totaled $15K. He helped with trading — took my account down to $11K and within a couple of weeks it was back up to $14.6K. The next month he called and helped me invest again. I’m watching my total as I invested as he instructed. Investments were approximately $3K and within minutes, my account was at $17K. I just checked today — a couple of weeks later — and my balance is $19.3. I’ve been told I cannot withdraw any money from my account until 6 months from initial investment date (3 months ago). Apparently there will be fees, but I was told the $10 they put into my account would be considered my funds as well. OK OK, so I’m a dummy BUT I’m hoping to at least recover my initial investment. I’ll get back in 3 months.

I tried to call them but the call automatically go to voicemail. I tried to use different phone and they answered. I called again and now I cant talk to someone again. They have blocked the phone that i used. This company is bullshit, and I am tired dealing with them. anyone here know how to sue this company.

    I had a similar experience with Rumelia Capital. Thanks to your post I discovered that GR is using the same account manager names. My criminal mastermind account manager was MARK RASKIN. He disappeared 3 months ago. I have been hounding the company ever since to get my money back. This may be fruitless but if I can make them uncomfortable enough to discontinue their activities maybe I can save someone else the heartache.

    Complaint Glenridge Capital

    I opened a Binary Trading Account with Glenridge Capital in September 2016. Over the next 60 day I deposited a total of $100,751.00 of borrowed funds. This was done on the agreement that I would begin getting my funds back within 6-8 weeks.

    One of my deposits of $25,000.00 in October I accepted Bonus Money from the Company so I could trade a larger account. When you accept Bonus Money you are agreeing to a minimum trading volume on the account. This is calculated by adding the initial deposit of $25,000.00 and the Bonus Money accepted of $50,000.00 and multiplying the total by 30. In my case my minimum trading volume was $2,250,000.00. I began trading with a Broker (Victor Manders) in the Forex market and grew my account to $794,000.00.

    One of my deposits thereafter was for $75,000.00 and these funds were deposited in a separate account with Glenridge called my (Event Account). This account did not have any restrictions on it which means I could withdraw my funds at any time in the future. In the first two trading sessions with my Broker in I recorded $25,000.00 in profits and $100,000.00 in losses that took the account to a zero balance. I immediately filed a formal complaint with the Company to dispute their actions. This went nowhere.

    Glenridge initially solicited these funds by saying that they would not be able to assist me in future trading if I did not deposit $75,000.00 in the account. They also assured me that my deposit was completely safe because all trades in the account were insured four times over and that any losses would be immediately replaced without restriction.

    After my losses exceeded $100,000.00 my Brokers last words to me were “my Manager wants to talk me to, I will call you back in 15 minutes”. Several hours later I was informed that my Broker was fired because of how he managed my account. I was then assigned a new Broker (Tim Roth). He informed me that there was a trading volume requirement in the event I accepted the Insured Trade Reimbursement of $100,000.00. This is calculated by multiplying the loss amount of $100,000.00 by ten. In my case it that if I accepted the amount that I would be agreeing to $1,000,000.00 in trading volume requirement. I felt trapped so I accepted the insured trade losses. Then my new Broker began assisting me in losing a large percentage of my account. When I questioned him about the strategy he said they would not be able to assist me in my future trading. I was once again trapped.

    Thereafter I could not reach this Company by phone, email or chat. I had approximately $1,000,000.00 in trading volume requirement remaining before I would have access to the funds in my account and was on my own. Through daily trading I met my trading volume requirement on 3-8-17 and immediately submitted a withdraw request for $300,751.00. This represented my initial deposits of $100,751.00 and $200,000.00 in trading profits.

    I was expecting my withdraw to be processed within the week and to have my funds within 7 days. They began delaying the processing of my withdraw for a 60 day period. On May 5, 2017 The Company rewrote the request without my consent and began sending me partial payments of $1,500.00 sporadically per week thereafter. This Company has blocked my phone numbers so my calls go immediately to voicemail. They have also blocked my IP Address so I can not get their Customer Service Department via chat. Finally, my emails are not returned by any individual or Department.

    Based on my experience with this Company since September 2016 I have concluded that they are scamming their clients and are similar to a Ponzi Scheme. There is a lot more to my story with this Company such as email chains and copies of my chat logs with them.

    This has been the worst financial experience on my 40 year professional career.

      I have an open account with Glenridge Capital that I can no longer access. I do not have any bonus money that requires additional trading an I have been trying to get the money withdrawn for over 4 months. I mean to close the account and stop trading with Glenridge Capital.

      However all emails to support@glenridgecapital .com or compliance@glenridgecapital .com come back as no such email address.

      Is there any way to get my money from this company. I assume they have moved on and closed their website. Is this true?

      I also have kept all email chains and correspondence since the beginning back in 2016.
