Hi, how did you do to get your deposits back? Please help.

      • John Schluter

Just request your deposit back on the withdrawal form. Don’t ask for any of your ‘profits’, don’t respond to their helpful calls offering to assist you by speeding the process up. They want you to trade more. Do NOT accept any bonus funds. If all else fails, apply to your bank for a chargeback.

Plus option is nothing but a scam company. I was called this Morning by Jeremy Layton demanding for my credit card details to make a registration fees of $250.The way he was pushing on phone and not allowing me to think, immediately signal to me that am talking to a scammer. I quickly hangup the call and decided not to pick the call anymore.
After few hours,i got a call from Eddie Gold, who claim to be my new account officer and they both spoke with an Indian accent, full of grammatical blunders. They claim to be calling from UK with the following number…+31 85 208 61 30. I have inform the police about it,but they told me is a fake number generated from internet.Their email address are; jeremyla@plusoption.com and Eddieg@plusoption.com
Under the email they sent me is this phone number +447-874406865.

When i insisted they are scammer, Jeremy has since send me series of abusive email.
Please don’t transact with them. They claim to be a an account officer,a broker to Plusoption Company with a software to trade on your behalf.

I am doing it. if we all together report these people we should get them off the internet.

  • Michael Khong

I have just joined the ranks of people swindled by these con artists to the tune of USD 20K. AFter building up my hopes but trapping me in a Bonus scheme my balance went up to over 100K then in one night crashed to near zero ($194) when I started asking him about withdrawals, which of course he kept putting off. My ‘broker’s’ name was Ben Klein. It seemed like when I started getting anxious he just set trades that all lost and bingo the account was gone. No apology no justification, even when I asked to stop trading he had the gall to say it was me that wanted to carry on trading. Fool of me to trust them even though alarm bells were ringing. And sionce I didn’t put in an official withdrawal request apparently I have no comeback with the Chargeback approach through CC companies.

    • noki6600

Hi Michael, this is almost what happened to me. These guys at PLUS OPTIONS are bunch of scammers and criminals. They are messing up people lives and i don’t know how these people sleep at night. My account went from 105kGBP to near zero in just 1 hour, in a deliberate loss, gambling and no strategy. Nothing was delivered of what they promised. All the talk of low risk strategy and protecting trades, was all a load of rubbish to get your trust. Yes i had the so called Ben Klein set all the trades, which all lost and all he said “the market moved against us”! What a bunch of lies!!!!!! I had the so called Nathan Klein and Steve Conor, and others, who manipulate me to think my money was safe and trades will be protected. All lies to get me to deposit more, they put so much pressure on me to deposit more under service and protective package they offered, articulately presenting things so cleverly to make me think i would be missing on huge rewards in the market, as the market conditions is so perfect i would regret not making the investment…… I’m actually starting to think that brokers like PLUS OPTIONS and many of these scam brokers run fake trading sites that use live market data, so your trading account are just dummy numbers. The cash you deposit goes into another real account and they put in the dummy money in your “trading” account. This is why they push people to deposit more and they lose all your money on purpose so you can’t get or ask for your money back, because they have kept your real money, and they pretend the trades were lost to the market. The money you make and even bonus funds, are all probably dummy money to give customers the illusion that they are doing well and even when you ask for your winning you can’t withdraw it because like i said, the real money is gone and the rest is fake. You also have to be careful with these brokers who trick you by approving small withdraws like a few hundreds. That’s all to build your trust and when you request the big money you can’t or if you change your mind or wish to withdraw your deposit as any normal customer has the right to change their mind if something is not for them, you can’t even get your deposit back. I thought i should write to help other getting scammed period! as these guys have no heart or the heart very very very wicked.

      • Enrique Delgado

Hi I just saw your complaint here and just wanted to reach out because I too have had similar problems with my withdrawal but I was able to get my money out from an unregulated broker. I don’t think PLUS OPTIONS are regulated as well… I’m not usually online here much but if you leave a message I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Cheers

        • noki6600

are you some sort of honey trap for another broker?

  • Milimo woMukhandia

Thank you all! You’ve no idea what I was getting myself into. Before clicking the final button for authorization I decided to check here. Wow! That was close indeed! THANK YOU!

    The following traders are the chief scammers at PlusOption…….Semyon Dukach, Alexander Miller, Ben Douglas and Tony Robbins. Their modus operandi is;
    (1) They will cheat you that they want to show you how to link your bank account to your trading account. They only want to see how much money you have in you account so that they can scam you out of all your money.
    (2) They will pressure you to sign a document purporting to protect your funds from trading loses. Please never sign any documents because you will never see your money again.
    (3) They call you on your cellphone and they try never to use email as it is a paper trail.

  • Enrique Delgado

some of these brokers are not regulated…

  • John

Plusoption: They are real criminals. Don’t trust them. Never!! I lost a lot of money. Names: Ronny Wagner, Daniel Lange, Nils Brenner. If you have enough to lose it: feel free 😉

    • noki6600

I know John – they are wicked criminals. i really don’t know how these people sleep at night.

      • John

Yes. Thank u for reply. Their Names are fake, this website is fake, their knowing about trading is fake and unfortunately they will sleep good at night. But karma will be come one time 😉

        • noki6600

i Notice it says this site is not secure, which concerns me, but it seems like a place people can still see these scams going on and point it out. Especially when it happens to big time you just can’t keep silence and not warn others. Wicked sick people.

  • Mandy Grove

Plus option are frauds. They have refused to return any funds deposited and my situation mirrors the other stories on this site. All trades were carried out by someone called John Marks who proceeded to lose all the funds when we asked for it back. We were then contacted by a so called recovery manager Nicholas Dukes who told me they would put 3500 in for trading but no refund !!!!!!!! They also took money from my charge card without permission.
I am reporting this to the fraud squad of the metropolitan police and interpol so that these people stop stealing from vulnerable people.

  • Ivan

Plusoption is a sophisticated scam. Dave Kaplan and Nathan Kline work as a team to befriend you and gain their trust, get you to put in more funds, then clean you out. They are ruthless liars. Do not trust them or Plusoption.
This is the sort of lies you will receive:

Ivan a little boost here , because Of Black Friday tomorrow I have been given a small wee bonus for my clients, I have been given 26 of these and just basically fishing them out and they are being snapped up:

Investing now 1500$ will give straight away 3500$ into your account, this is all in preparation for tomorrow.

CAN I PUT YOU IN !!! Im holding back offering to one other, I prefer you having it, it’s a WOW

Look forward to Monday in taking out what you want

    Please let me know

    Best regards

    DaVE

    All absolute lies!

  • Daniel Iversen

Hi, their site informs me that I have to verify my account(identity) to withdraw. Is it safe to send these ppl a copy of my passport ?

    • Danny

I have the same problem. they are asking for a copy of my passport. But is it safe to give that?do have the answer?

      • Daniel Iversen

I asked my banks fraud department about it, they advised me not to do so, as it could potentially be used to steal ones identity.

  • Alan T

PlusOption are indeed FuC*ers. Initially, I place my SGD$290, I was curious how truth worthy was this brokers and immediately, I make a withdrawal of $100 ( Without Providing My document as their so call ‘ Verified my account’ before can transferring my withdrawal request) after winning some from my trading, to my surprise I was given back my withdrawal request.

Then maybe 2 days later, another broker from another company actually call me again and initially I thought was from PlusOption as I never contact or deposit my fund to another company’s account. As requested, I provide them my Credit card detail inclusive of the 16 digits, expiry date and CVV. They mention a bonus of USD500 shall I deposit USD 1000 into the account in the initial stage, so I just try. After that, they keep on asking for the new OT again and AGAIN after some stories here and there. Suspecting something was wrong, I call the bank while placing them on hold over the phone and block my card. After that, once they realize my card was block, they hang up the call immediately in a rude manner. After which I call the bank immediately to cancel the transaction and reported it was an Onlinne Scam. The bank only told me they will pass the message to the dispute team as the transaction had went thru as merchant had receive the fund. Thinking Its a scam and its my luck and I will have to pay he bank for the transaction. To my surprise, the transaction was cancelled a few days later when I check my statement online.

Back to PlusOption’s scam, my brokers David Hoffman, an account manager keeps on calling me a few times daily and I mostly ignore all calls as I know a lot of brokers from different companies are calling me just to ask for my credit card details so as to transfer fund over. I just simply ignore or answer a few calls daily. Fuc**er David Hoffman showing he his account with Millions of dollar, try to get me into invest as a VIP by transferring USD$10k inside my account after, but i reject this offer. Then he give me the extra privilege saying that I just need to transfer over USD$5 as he did mention I am a prominent guy, I reject his offer again and then he say I just transfer USD$3500 and he will add In the extra USD$1500. After thinking further, once again I reject his offer as I was thinking since he have so much Money in his account, shall be able to loan me this USD$ 5000 so that I can profit from the trading. So, once again, he hang up.
Today, I try to log into the website but realize that I cannot log in anymore. This Plus Option is an online scam. FUCK*RS David HOFFMAN…. LUCKILY I NEVER TRUST YOU!!!!! You will get your retribution back from your lies and scam. Watch online for his tragedy stories… HAHAHAHA

I have been scammed out of £16,750 by Plus Option.

I read an article online about binary options trading and followed a link to find out more and submitted my contact details. I was contacted by James Rivera from Plus Option and at first I said I wasn’t interested as it sounded like a scam. Eventually I was convinced to take out a contract so they could prove to me they could make me money. Initially I deposited £250 so they could demonstrate that they could make me money. I then had an Account Manager contact me, Ricardo Alesi who persuaded me to deposit £5000 (from my debit card), he increased my balance and then pressured me into depositing another £5000 (deposited from my credit card).

Ricardo told me about an ‘event’ that was guaranteed to almost double my money so I put almost everything onto trades under his instruction. Funnily enough, I lost the trades.

I was told that it was a mistake on their part and if I deposited more money, they would also add bonus money to my account to recover my losses. This basically just kept happening, I would win then lose and then lost everything and I’ve been desperate to recover my money so have followed their guidance.

I was then working with Julian Hanson who is meant to be a recovery manager. He pressured me into depositing more money, even tried to make me go over my credit card limit. He convinced me that trading in oil is a safe and guaranteed way to make money. They had my credit details on file, Julian tried to deposit £3000 (which was over my limited and I had explained this) which was declined so I was talked into depositing another £1000 from my credit card.

Again, the “safe” oil trades all lost after Julian convinced me I was guaranteed to win substantially.

I tried repeatedly to contact them but did not recieve any response. I sent numerous emails, I could not get through by phone. After about 2 weeks, I was contacted by Nicholas Dukes, apparently another recovery manager, who said they can credit my account with another bonus if I continue to trade with them and agree to sign a waiver so I cannot pursue any legal action.

I have repeatedly asked Nicholas Dukes at Plus Option to meet with me face to face which he has declined. He offered to speak with me over the phone for 20-30 minutes as they want me to continue depositing money and trading telling me they can recover my money eventually, I asked to meet him at the Plus Option office in London, Warwick Lane EC4, as stated on his email signature. He keeps declining saying they are too busy and can only talk over the phone.

I have researched registered businesses on Warwick Lane and cannot find any details of Plus Option having an office in any of the buildings.

I have sought legal advice from two different solicitors who specialise in binary and forex trading fraud, they both have told me I have most certainly been defrauded and already have cases ongoing with Plus Option. The solicitors are Giambrone Law, 0207 183 942 and Selachii LLP, 0207 792 5649. I have learned from the solicitors that the online trading dashboard and account is fictitious. It is software controlled by Plus Option. I have not seen any evidence that my money has actually been placed on genuine trades. The service promised is false.

I have not cancelled my account with Plus Option, as I currently still have access to my online dashboard and therefore, evidence of the deposits I have made and the fraudulent trading that has taken place.

My account shows a balance of £299 but I am not able to withdraw anything, the functionality is not there.

I am 100% certain this company has defrauded me. They have preyed on my vulnerability as I had told them I wanted to make money on my savings in order to help support my parents move to a more suitable home as my Father is terminally ill. They also knew I am currently not working and have no source of income, hence how they managed to convince me to get caught up in this vicious cycle of them making me money and then losing everything, pressuring me to keep depositing more money in a desperate attempt to recover my funds.

These people are VERY convincing and work hard to build your trust until you are in a position where you feel trapped and desperate.

I’ve not been able to recover any money.

  • ☆Miss H.S.Sami☆

very dissapointing platform. Invest elsewhere. Just submitted my withdrawal request, hope thhey make it quick without any hurdles.

  • Hilmir Hjálmarsson

Why in the F-ing name can this go on in a modern society ??? They have been scaming people since 2014 it seems with this platform and lies ! I just gave them 250 in my weak impulsive moment and I can live that I loose the money.. but I just feel down and upset to myself for letting this happen. They have my home address phone number and more those criminals ! The damage is most internal pain. becouse we dont feel save after they have our email and more. How can we go after those people that are behind this ? that must be some trail they leave behind ! Lets get everybody together (“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” – Helen Keller ) that have the same expirience and go after our rights if not just to stop this scaming machine they have created so other people dont have to go trough the same as we!

I´m all ears for ideas and members in this fight Club 🙂
