Investors at the broker Red or Green will see they are offering the popular binary options trading platform called SpotOption. This trading platform for binary options gives you more than 180 underlying assets for a variety of binary option types, including; High/Low options, Pairs, Long Term, One Touch and High Speed Option in 60, 90, 120, 180 second and five minute increments.
They offer binary options on commodities, including Gold, Silver, Oil and Natural Gas. Forex traders will find binary options on all the majors and some of the minors including the Singaporean Dollar, South African Rand and the Russian Ruble. RORG has their website and trading platform available in both English and Russian, which makes them popular with many traders from Russia.
We did not find their mobile trading apps, but assume it will be released shortly. The minimum account size is the standard $250.

In the case of Red or Green, we see that they are licensed and regulated by CySEC in Cyprus under the corporate name Maxiflex Global Investments Corp Limited. Their license number is 258/14 which they received in October 2014.
As a licensed broker, the process for opening an account is much more involved. You will be required to fill out a questionnaire to determine if you are a suitable investor, and you will be required to verify your identity before you can make a deposit. This is part of the new CySEC regulations to reduce complaints from unqualified traders.
