TraderVC Review

The trading platform that TraderVC is giving investors is called the Panda Trading System, and it is becoming a popular trading platform at many brokers. It is an easy to use software in which an investor can choose from a variety of assets to trade including; Forex, Commodities, Stocks and Market Index. The binary options available are the: Hyper Options (30 and 60 seconds, 2, 5, and 10 minute options), High / Low, One Touch and Range Options.

They show a few account types to choose from but we did not see what the minimum deposit for the smallest account is. As a new broker, they are still waiting to release their mobile trading apps.

One of the popular features of the Panda trading software is the social trading / copy feature, see here.

    Stay away from these scammers!!!!

I’ve opened an account with TraderVC on the 22nd of February.
I’ve deposited 250£ on the 28th of February to begin trading.
I’ve been immediately reached by a guy, who said his name was Jonathan Adams, claiming to be my broker.

We chatted, and I let him trade on my behalf. He did some profit and added a bonus of 65£. On the 2nd of March he called again and somehow convinced me to deposit other 4000. He offered a risk-free trial contract that needed an account of 5000£, and thus he added 1100£ from his account (at least it’s what he said). The day after he did some trades, made some profit, and let me withdraw 1000£ (on the 3rd of March), which I received on my bank account on the 7th of March.

In the meantime I got scared because of few things didn’t look right, and because of some reviews I read on internet. So on the same 3rd of March, later in the evening, I first email him to stop trading on my behalf, and then apply for a second withdraw of 3250£. I wanted all my money back.

Jonathan calls Monday the 6th and tells me that I was in the 7 days risk-free contract, and that I could have withdrawn only from Thursday the 9th. I said ok, and I waited. In the meantime I was expecting him to trade, but he did not do anything. I was clearly happy about. My account had 6000.05£: 3250£ of mine, 1100£ of bonus, other 65£ of bonus, and 1585.05£ of profit.

On Wednesday the 8th I’ve then been contacted by a certain Mr John Baker how claimed to be the head financial advisor at the firm and wanted to talk with me.

I spoke with him, and I explained that I had some concerns and that I wanted to have my money back before trading again, for I wanted to be sure they were legit. I said, and I genuinely believed it at the time, that if I could have be sure that their company was legit, I would have then deposited more money and kept trading. He said ok, and that he would have taken care of my withdraw. I’ve submitted the request to withdraw 3250£ on Thursday the 9th of March in the morning. Nobody approved it that very same day, nor the day after. I called Mr Baker, on Friday morning, and told me that sometimes payments take a while and that my request would have been accepted by the end of the day. Clearly it did not happen. From the Monday after I started to call the company, hoping to talk with Mr Baker. Of course it was impossible. Their customer services advised that I would have received a call from their finance department for a vocal confirmation of the withdraw (nobody called to confirm the first withdraw on the 6th of March). Nothing happens for the whole week with my request still pending.

On Monday the 20th I email the company (there are 3 email addresses in their website) and Mr Baker that if my request wasn’t processed by the end of the day, I would have proceeded to report them to the FCA. I still have to figure out why, two days after I receive an email from mr Baker who said that my request had been approved and that I was going to see my money in a couple of days. Which did happen, indeed. Friday te 22nd of March I had all my money back to my account.

I talk again with Mr Baker on Tuesday the 28th for he wanted to know if I was happy to keep trading. Clearly I was not, and told him that I wanted to take my profit out and to close the account. He started yelling and complaining, and clearly was not happy about my decision. We close the call, and I apply for a withdraw of 1650£ (the maximum I was allowed to). The day after it has been cancelled, and I reapplied for it. I’ve also emailed again the company saying that I would have reported them to the FCA if they did not pay what was supposed to mine. They cancelled again my request on Friday the 31st and started trading on my behalf, loosing all my money. Now not only my account has 0 £, but my password has been changed and I can not log-in anymore.

I also will warn about these scammers!!!! I opened account with TraderVC and soon realised that I made huge mistage and after my deposit (250 €) made withdraw ($ 250), yes, my 250 € has been converted to US dollars, but I didn’t mind eventhough I lost little. But after 3 weeks nothing has happened. The withdraw request was still there. I did send them several e-mails asking them to cancel my account, but they keeps calling me and keeps pushing me to having their service. So I know now for a fact, that I will lost my 250 €, so don’t you be so stupid and open account with them!
