TraderVC Review

The trading platform that TraderVC is giving investors is called the Panda Trading System, and it is becoming a popular trading platform at many brokers. It is an easy to use software in which an investor can choose from a variety of assets to trade including; Forex, Commodities, Stocks and Market Index. The binary options available are the: Hyper Options (30 and 60 seconds, 2, 5, and 10 minute options), High / Low, One Touch and Range Options.

They show a few account types to choose from but we did not see what the minimum deposit for the smallest account is. As a new broker, they are still waiting to release their mobile trading apps.

One of the popular features of the Panda trading software is the social trading / copy feature.

    Stay away from these scammers!!!!

I’ve opened an account with TraderVC on the 22nd of February.
I’ve deposited 250£ on the 28th of February to begin trading.
I’ve been immediately reached by a guy, who said his name was Jonathan Adams, claiming to be my broker.

We chatted, and I let him trade on my behalf. He did some profit and added a bonus of 65£. On the 2nd of March he called again and somehow convinced me to deposit other 4000. He offered a risk-free trial contract that needed an account of 5000£, and thus he added 1100£ from his account (at least it’s what he said). The day after he did some trades, made some profit, and let me withdraw 1000£ (on the 3rd of March), which I received on my bank account on the 7th of March.

In the meantime I got scared because of few things didn’t look right, and because of some reviews I read on internet. So on the same 3rd of March, later in the evening, I first email him to stop trading on my behalf, and then apply for a second withdraw of 3250£. I wanted all my money back.

Jonathan calls Monday the 6th and tells me that I was in the 7 days risk-free contract, and that I could have withdrawn only from Thursday the 9th. I said ok, and I waited. In the meantime I was expecting him to trade, but he did not do anything. I was clearly happy about. My account had 6000.05£: 3250£ of mine, 1100£ of bonus, other 65£ of bonus, and 1585.05£ of profit.

On Wednesday the 8th I’ve then been contacted by a certain Mr John Baker how claimed to be the head financial advisor at the firm and wanted to talk with me.

I spoke with him, and I explained that I had some concerns and that I wanted to have my money back before trading again, for I wanted to be sure they were legit. I said, and I genuinely believed it at the time, that if I could have be sure that their company was legit, I would have then deposited more money and kept trading. He said ok, and that he would have taken care of my withdraw. I’ve submitted the request to withdraw 3250£ on Thursday the 9th of March in the morning. Nobody approved it that very same day, nor the day after. I called Mr Baker, on Friday morning, and told me that sometimes payments take a while and that my request would have been accepted by the end of the day. Clearly it did not happen. From the Monday after I started to call the company, hoping to talk with Mr Baker. Of course it was impossible. Their customer services advised that I would have received a call from their finance department for a vocal confirmation of the withdraw (nobody called to confirm the first withdraw on the 6th of March). Nothing happens for the whole week with my request still pending.

On Monday the 20th I email the company (there are 3 email addresses in their website) and Mr Baker that if my request wasn’t processed by the end of the day, I would have proceeded to report them to the FCA. I still have to figure out why, two days after I receive an email from mr Baker who said that my request had been approved and that I was going to see my money in a couple of days. Which did happen, indeed. Friday te 22nd of March I had all my money back to my account.

I talk again with Mr Baker on Tuesday the 28th for he wanted to know if I was happy to keep trading. Clearly I was not, and told him that I wanted to take my profit out and to close the account. He started yelling and complaining, and clearly was not happy about my decision. We close the call, and I apply for a withdraw of 1650£ (the maximum I was allowed to). The day after it has been cancelled, and I reapplied for it. I’ve also emailed again the company saying that I would have reported them to the FCA if they did not pay what was supposed to mine. They cancelled again my request on Friday the 31st and started trading on my behalf, loosing all my money. Now not only my account has 0 £, but my password has been changed and I can not log-in anymore.

I also will warn about these scammers!!!! I opened account with TraderVC and soon realised that I made huge mistage and after my deposit (250 €) made withdraw ($ 250), yes, my 250 € has been converted to US dollars, but I didn’t mind eventhough I lost little. But after 3 weeks nothing has happened. The withdraw request was still there. I did send them several e-mails asking them to cancel my account, but they keeps calling me and keeps pushing me to having their service. So I know now for a fact, that I will lost my 250 €, so don’t you be so stupid and open account with them!

      Its same for me

  • Dianne the butterfly effect

yes this is a scam, once i signed up they wanted me to get a 30 thousand pound loan. not going to happen. now i have been asking them to close account they just have someone call who has nothing to do with finance, they say wait. i have requested to withdraw any money left. so i have photographic evidence that i have done this, so now wait and see. but i am calling trading standards today.

    • Roberto Palazzetti

Hi Dianne. How did it go? Where fo you come from? If you’re from the UK please report them to the FCA. I did, and from what I’ve understood, my case is not robust enough to proceed. If many will do the same we may have a chance of stopping those people.

  • Valdet

I would like to share my experiences with you. I have also opened an account there and paid 250 euros. When I wanted to pay it out, isnt work. The support said I should have to settle my broker. What was very suspicious. Then I left it 2 months.
They also always called me and calld me again, then he persuaded me to pay 5,000 euros for a month. I did it, he also gave me a bonus of 1250 Doller. And actually they made still 2`500. So that i had nearly 8,400 doller in my account

. When I wanted to pay out, that did not work again. They called me again, I would have to settle it over my broker. This overcame me then on the phone for the time times they briefly to trade myself>> he sent me siganale, as i can trade> this was a mistake, that the inserts with different currencies times deep, sometimes high invest.

And so the money was lost. !!! They never let you pay out your money!!!

Everything only scam there, please be careful. Fingers away from you.

My email is valdet_biqkaj@hotmail.com. I will give you more information.

The Broker was Dennis Ventura and Mike Baker the finance Guy how came in the end to say you that is possible to recocvering the money.

  • Enzio

    TradeVC.com is a Big SCAM

  • Sihle Tofa

This is a big scam. People do not risk losing your money I have been scammed of USD$28000 .

I made a withdrawal and now I get threats and insults they are telling me that the money is theirs. Even my broker is dead now because I want to withdraw my money. I have approached my bank for a charge back hopefully they are going to lose their merchant number if all of us who are scammed are to approach our banks and request for charge backs.

    • Maureen Turton

What was the name of your broker, Sihle tofa

  • Maureen Turton

Sihle Tofa. What was the name of your dead broker please? I also have had a broker ‘die’ on me after I had invested a very large sum of money with him.

  • Tom Durrant

I am a victim of a Binary Options Trading SCAM and deception, I have been taken for all of my savings by a very convincing account manager by the name of Mr Chase and his manager a Mr Stern at TRADER VC. With promises of fantastic payouts and insurance I was duped, the money has since been gambled and lost for me against my requests. There is now no money available for me to withdraw, even if there was, they do not have to approved it.

AVOID Binary Options Trading as it is basically only a Casino – they don’t invest, they just feed of their clients money! if you must gamble then at least find someone Accredited. If you have already started don’t carry on – avoid bonus’ as they carry small print which prevents you from withdrawing money.

It is possible to reclaim smaller amounts of money (less than £1000) on your own using Chargeback.
I am now going to report Trader VC to actionfraud and try to recoup my money legally – there are no win no fee companies out there who will take these cases on. If I don’t win the case and see any of my money again at least I may have saved someone else this pain.

I urge you not to get caught up in this.- if it seems to good to be true it usually is…

  • Kjell Holländer

Hi. I was also stupid “investing” in Trader VC for the autotrader that NEVER worked.
The phone was ringing so many times I got really upset about it.
They wanted me to invest thousends of dollars, money I do not have or can not afford to lose in a bad “investment” like Trader VC. One of the guys offered to send back 100 USD to proof they were legitimate. Surprisingly I got 100 USD back! But as they were calling me and still were telling me to invest money I do not have, I got fed up and asked them to close my account, and they did. So I got out of this SCAM 150 USD short. It is not the end of the world but I like others to know

  • Lindie Nel

Trying to get a refund since last week! same story they only bully you into trading! no refund!

  • NML

Same here. Been lured into through affiliate marketing email promising high results, deposited first investment, was asked to deposit more as I would not get good results starting with minimum, credit card was refused, but they said it was them and then did “something” and it was taken anyway, but on depositing more it got refused again. Guy was very convincing, so eventually I chose a bank transfer. After finding this site, I kicked myself for not noticing red flags sooner, asked to withdraw balance, got kicked out of account by password being changed (twice), broker doesn’t respond to emails anymore and has invested my remaining balance now, so nothing left to withdraw anyway. The withdrawal procedure is very unclear anyway, all you have is a request button, but no one knows what has to be done for this to be executed. Big scam. Hope they’re proud of themselves. What goes around, comes around, though….
