Trading Robot Scam

Trading Software ScamYou found Edgedale probably because you are using a fake trading app. If you care about your money, you will read the article: Binary Options Software Scam.

The most popular automated trading robot is from AutomatedBinary.com.

Edgedale Finance does not allow you to use an auto trading system.

On their terms and conditions page they wrote;

18.2 If you integrate an automated or semi-automated device on the Edgedale Finance browser or platform in lieu of your personal interaction or utilize a backdoor API; we will consider your activity system abuse and we will nullify your position or cancel your account with Edgedale Finance.

In plain English they are telling you that; if by some miracle you make a profit using the Tesler software, they will cancel your account.

Like the binary options brokers Morton Finance & Glenridge Capital, they use a really basic trading platform. Their trading software has regular high/low binary options are multiple expiration time frames. Starting at 60, 90, 120 seconds, going out to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly options. The returns on EUR/USD options were only 70% which is really low.

Their website is only available in English, probably because they mostly target Americans.

Minimum deposit for new accounts is $250.

Unlicensed Broker

The first item to check when you see a new binary options broker is for a license. According to the SEC, a binary options broker in the United States must have a license from the CFTC and be registered with the NFA. Brokers in Europe are licensed and regulated by CySEC in Cyprus.

Edgedale Finance does not have a license.

The reason you should only use a licensed broker, is so that you will actually be able to withdraw your money when you want to, and they do not rip you off. For an updated list of licensed brokers, go here.

Its with great frustration and sadness that I type this comment with regards to Edgedale Finance. This company is definitely a scam, take it from someone who has been taken on a world wind for the past 5 months with this company.

I deposited an initial amount of $800 and deposited more afterwards to bring my total investment to $2000.

Firstly I am from South Africa so that investment cost me R34000 in South African rands. Over the months the account seemed to be growing and I was dealing with a broker called Celine Ross.

The skepticism came in when the account was sitting at $13000 after doing an insurance trade where she actually lost money and it had to be refunded by the company but no body mentioned that if there is a loss on an insurance trade then the broker will have to trade 15 times more to recover the loss.

So this is how they scam you. They tell you that they are doing an insurance trade and you a guaranteed not to lose money because the trade is covered by insurance and they lose, once they lose they drain every cent of your money because they say they will put you on a high volume trade to recover the loss but what they actually doing is draining the money from your account, if that is even really money. I asked so many times to draw money out and I got so many different stories, one being we need to build your account, another was that the system to transfer money was not working, another was we don’t think its a good idea, if the money belongs to me why do i have to beg for someone to send me what is mine.

I was even contemplating depositing $10000 in the account because the account was doing so well but thankful i just stopped myself.

From $13000 my account has dropped to $28 in the matter of a week due to “high volume trades.” I’m posting this because i truly don’t want anyone to get involved with the company and lose money. They will pretend to be making money for you when they actually just stringing you along until the point that you lose your total investment.

Please be safe, please don’t fall for these peoples fake account success because it will happen to you eventually. Binary options are not a scam, just find a reputable company like Banc De Binary or 24 option who are reliable, licensed and legit.

Hope this helps anyone who is planning to open an account with Edgedale

Daniel Baker was my broker. My first deposit was $250.00 then Daniel rang wanting us to deposit another $500.00 dollars we were reluctant to do so but we did and saw a nice return, then Daniel rang again wanting us to deposit $5.000.00 dollars and we were really reluctant to do this and it started sounding like it was a scam but we went ahead with it but not the full $5,000.00 dollars, once again we saw a nice return so we decided to test the waters and asked for a withdrawl, filled out all the necessary paper work and sent it back and it was approved and was ready to be sent when on that very same day Daniel Baker deliberately invested everything except $4.00 dollars on the same thing within seconds apart, no broker would invest all of someone’s money within seconds, so the struggle to get my money back is going to be a long haul by the sounds of things. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can do this I would appreciate your input.

I have over $100,000 in my account and can not withdraw a penny. I’ve fulfilled all the bonus sections so there is no valid reason not to give me my money back. Just get fobbed off saying brokers are in a conference in New York etc etc. Not one broker has made contact.i wouldn’t mind but the amount in my account is what I’ve raised trading,Mike Ross only made a few trades and was at about $40,000 therefore it’s proven they are a scam, there is no reason no to explain this other than they are complete scum bags who rob from hard working people.

The other brokers idealt with are
    Michael Bukov
    Leo Williams
    Mike Ross
And allegedly the finance guy is Jason Morgan I have a picture of him, also I have been informed that they do not trade in the UK and are based in Israel

If you want more info or verification on any of the facts please reply on here and I will exchange email addresses

What a disgrace and a shame for stealing and bribing people into depositing funds and I have no clue where the money is now ! was forced to invest more than $130,000 plus $48000 insurance money only after this Jason Morgon would make losing trades of an account that was standing at $730,000 and opening losing trades every 5 minutes of $5000.00 until the account was to an embarrasing $618.00. How can I get these or some of my childrends money back. is this accually legal, is there something we can do to stop this from happening.

  • Marienus de Jong

Sounds like I my have got away lucky with $10,000 Canadian. It was not nice the way they pressure you into things. At present, is there any way to retrieve most of our money back? Should someone find a way, could you please let us know so we can join in the fight. Thanks
    Marienus

My best friend lost a LOT A LOT A LOT of money with Edgedale. This is a complete scam. They will not release funds requiring a huge sum upfront in order to “pay for outstanding insurance on the trade that doubled her money”. Their premises is a scam. Michael Smith is the latest “head trader”. like Marienus – any hints would give us some hope that something is retriev-able.

I have been getting phone calls on my landline and mobile for months from this number. I have never answered them, as I live in New Zealand, and wouldn’t expect calls from an unknown UK number.
Tonight I have finally found out thanks to your comments. Much appreciated, and I am sorry you have been scammed, as I have in the past.
