EmpireOption License

The most important thing we look at when reviewing a binary options broker, to determine if they are a legit broker or a scam broker is very simple. Are the licensed and regulated by CySEC in Cyprus? Do they fall under the MIFId regulatory rules in the European Union (EU)?

EmpireOption is not a licensed broker.

They are a scam. They are in cahoots with Quick Cash System to whom they pay referral commissions to get customers. Once a person subscribes to QCS they are recommended to Empire to place deposit with Empire. The QCS video states that a person can withdraw their funds any time. BEWARE; NOT TRUE. When then QCS software does not coordinate with Empire’s site the customer is left without access to their deposit and refusals for refunds. This is a scam that should be investigated for racketeering and colusion.

“EmpireOption Does Not Allow Traders From The United States” is an untrue statement. I am from the USA.

After reading through EmpireOptions Terms of Service a few times, I was still hesitant to open an account, until they sent me an offer to add 200% to my deposit. Imagine my surprise when I never received the bonus. When I wrote to my account manager Sebastian asking about the bonus and explained that my account page stated that I was approved for a 100% bonus… The info about my deposit and supposed bonus was removed from my account page.

I strongly recommend that you avoid EmpireOptions as they certainly appear to be a scam.

Hello everyone, I am the victim of EmpireOption, this is completely Fraud, They rip me on 26K dollar which was my investment not included bonus. I am completely broke now working three jobs to pay off credit cards. Initially they will give you good response but when you invest too much money they won’t receive your call and even email you back, every time you will get the answer your financial advisor is busy or in the meeting.

I will highly appreciate it someone advise me how can I get back my money I paid all the money through credit cards, can I report it as a fraud to credit cards even though they are not regulated by USA?
Please note I am not related to any other option broker company, I will advise everyone don’t invest money to any binary options company they are almost fraud.
