I lost five k with this company, they made little effort and it was obvious to me half way through that they didn’t know what they were doing. I asked for my money back and was bullied. They said they could get what they lost back and then blamed me because it was lost. This company is a scam company and unless you have money to waste I don’t recommend them .

I opened a £250 account with them and I was told that next day the financial advisor will call and guide me on how to trade with the software. Next day a broker called and he insisted that I deposit £ 5000 so he can trade without the software as he does not like the software. In the meantime, the software started automatically trading and I generated some profit by afternoon while he was on phone. I declined to pay such amount just trusting this guy on the phone who actually is not even from Stern but apparently from its parent company. Once I declined, the auto trading started without my approval while I was logged out and he called and said I have lost all money including the deposit. This made me feel so cheated!! this is a scam to steal money from your pocket, with a promise of binary trading. No one till date called me and instructed me on how to use the software. none of the advisors who call cares to teach you. They just want to get money from you. If you want to trade on assets, you should trade through your bank, not through some people with foreign accents and insist you to deposit more money.

Wow, after reading the comments below i’m so glad that i’ve withdrawn my money. Feel really sorry for people that lost their money. This company kept calling me to deposit more money, they’ve been calling me for about 5 days like 5 times a day. After that i blocked all the phone numbers.

Please people be careful with this company, better invest your money somewhere else!

Wish I’d had the benefit of this chatline back in October! Unfortunately I could not find any comments or reviews of this Rip-off set-up, other than they were new on the block, and presumably looking to build a good reputation instead of a bad one. From a fellow victim, this is a WARNING TO ANYONE ELSE : Go with this company and lose your money if you want to, the two are inseparable. Binary Options is a crapshoot anyway, marketted under more respectable descriptions such as “investments” and “opportunities”. It’s not. As I’ve now discovered, it’s just plain gambling, and if you don’t know that gamblers always lose their money in the long run (and sometimes a lot more than money), you do now. I’ll be kicking myself over this experience for a lot of years. It’s only because I funded it from an unexpectedly successful PPI reclaim that I’m not facing financial disaster! I blame the useless politicians for making useless laws that don’t stop these rip-off artists from operating.

I loss almost all my money, around 9k USD, It just happen the same, they started to ask you for 500USD, then a financial advisor call and will tell you to put more money in the account. At first time, they just top up my account to 5,000, but he did not follow through the trade process, so I started to trade and lost all my money.

Hours later, they call me to updated my account, I updated again, however, I end up losing, because the financial advisor never gave me updates. So at the end I request to withdraw my 500USD left, but they never answer me again.
