    I’m hoping you will publish this to help traders from falling for it. It’s time to review YesOption.
    Summary: It’s a big scam. I will post my extensive review and experience of course if I see that this post is published.

    My Terrible Experience:
    First I read good reviews about them (I wish I also searched for the bad ones) and based on those information including the laudable reasons they are not regulated, I went on with them. I opened an account without funding it just so I could get to speak to someone.

    First it was Carry Foster. She outlined all the reasons for not getting regulated. “It’s just a piece of paper and we have to pay millions for it. We would rather use the money to increase clients’ payout rates.” They actually have good percentages but it’s all to lure you further. Sweet-talked me and I fell for it. (Again!).

    I funded my account via a credit card and next it was about verification. Faffed about a bit but eventually got it done. All the faff and strictness of it was just to make you feel they were really a genuine business. Genuine brokers like ETXCapital will get you to deposit via any processor of your choice but of course every card is properly registered and is traceable to an address/individual. Once no irregularity is identified in the payment process, they don’t faff about.

    Next it was the issue of an Account Manager. I stated right from the outset that I wouldn’t need one but no, they imposed one Edward Taylor on me. Said he would teach me to trade but he works with big clients and my deposit of $250 was too small. I told him if things worked okay, I would deposit bigger.

    First day I traded to increase my balance from $250 to $265. Two wins, one loss. Called from Edward the next day. “You did well with your trading but I need to see more to be able to work with you. Second day, I took it to $290. Now there was no Edward. And by the end of the first week when my balance stood at $450 he called to say I was doing so well that depositing more would sky-rocket me if we worked together. Said he trades in the thousands. I refused to deposit more telling him I preferred to start small and build up.

    By the time I built it up to $593, I thought I’d better test the withdrawal process (I had previously taken £250 to £1,900 on UKOption before realising they were scam – the UK prefix is a big deceit). So I put in a withdrawal request for $350 and left $243 for trading. It stayed there unapproved for a week until I got in touch with someone – Max on the chat on their website. He was so ‘helpful’ in letting me know that it would be reviewed by an account manager before it is processed. I had a bit of an argument – it is neither an account manager’s job to decide if a client can withdraw nor is it their job to approve it. They practically do this to talk you into trading away your money, first.

    Then I got this call from James Quinn (who is now apparently my ‘new’ Account Manager). I guess he’d been so used to convincing people to place trades with him that my refusal annoyed him so much. My point – why should I trade with you if I could more than double my account balance in about 10 days of trading? Wasn’t it obvious that I didn’t need help? But no, “we’re gonna place some trades together”. I asked him if it was by coercion and to make him leave me alone I told him to call back another time. I was treading gently just because my funds were on the line. He then advised me to cancel my request until we speak again as they as a company don’t like payment requests to be pending for a long time. “It’s not good for our company”. He practically forced me to cancel my withdrawal requests mainly by lying that it would severely affect his commission that I was withdrawing too early. I did to satisfy him but re-opened new request when we got off the phone.

    By the time he called the next day, I had gone from $593 to $644. Again, he told me to cancel my withdrawal request and this time, the lie was that their payment processing department has problems with processing numbers that are not in multiples of $250. He said, “put the request in for $250 or $500 and I will approve it.” We would talk the next week and start trading although (according to him), the money that will be left will not be very useful for trading! Was it his money or his decision? In any case I changed the request to $500 but then traded the funds up to $693 so I would have $193 left to trade with.

    By Monday morning, someone in YesOption tampered with my account, cancelled my withdrawal request of $500 and reopened another one for $250. James Quinn subsequently called me later in the evening to inform me and made out like it was because they wanted me to still have some funds to trade with. He told me I should be happy and I thought “for with-holding the monetary results of my effort and hard-work?” I argued that I would have still had funds to trade with regardless but no, I wasn’t listening – he dropped the phone on me.

    The $250 (initial capital investment) has been paid. I’m currently left with $443 in the trading account. Although it’s pure profit but it was the result of my sweat, efforts, research and hard-work. No one should have to go through this rigmarole. I have stopped trading and put in further withdrawal request which has still been pending over the past 1 week. They claim they pay out in 3 to 5 days. I very much doubt they will pay it out but fingers crossed. Thank goodness I haven’t referred tons of people to them yet.

    They’re a big joke and blatant scammers.
    Rude. Liars. Scammers. Do yourself a favour, NEVER go with an unregulated broker, no matter the argument they put up or review sites put up for them. They can never be trusted. The regulated ones are not necessarily to be trusted but at least you might stand a chance.
    I wonder at what point the governments of the world will start clamping down on these guys. I’ve never seen such an open scam in my life as it goes on Binary Options. Loads of people, even retired people committing suicide due to these guys’ scams. Please tread carefully with your (hard-earned) money.

      5 months on and a tussle but I have now received my withdrawal of $500. YesOption claims they tried to reach me but couldn’t. Well, I’m not sure about that. I have started trading again and hope I’m not wasting my effort this time. I am also waiting to speak to someone in the company to ensure they still want my business (I was made aware that they make money from turn overs and not from clients losing). I guess calls might have been coming at the wrong times. I will continue to reply to comments on here for transparency.

    Since then, we have made numerous efforts to reach you in order to ask for your bank wire details so we could transfer your profits directly to your bank account (please check T&C N75). Unfortunately, our calls and emails have all gone unanswered.

    In order to reach a solution we’re sure you’ll be happy with, we encourage you to contact your account manager (James) and he will provide an immediate resolution.

      This is not very true but I wish it was. I have contacted you numerous times on chat and got promises but no money. I have sent my wire details multiple times and I believe you still have it but no withdrawal yet. I was not interested in full withdrawal but confidence to be able to deposit more and keep trading. I am still waiting. Can you see how long for?
      I even agreed to make follow up comment here about your rectification if you sent my withdrawal but now I wonder if your company actually cares. I’m still waiting and hoping.

    Good to see that Yesoption makes good efforts to please unhappy traders, like below.

    I hope you can help me with answers and action to a couple of questions about withdrawal of the balance on my account: €38,001.15.
    My account manager said he would manage the withdrawal. Nothing happened. This was abt 3 weeks ago. According to him, both he and his manager have tried 3 times during these weeks to arrange the withdrawal without success. They have experience, and know how to do things, right? On the phone more than 2 weeks ago, his manager GUARANTEED that my entire balance would be on my bank account the next day. I am still waiting, no money transferred, no information. I have gotten close to daily promises of receiving my money the next day, and my account manager is extremely surprised every time. Today at 10:15 I asked to talk to the financial dept. Finance-Maria said I had to invest €12K which is 31% of my balance in order to have my own money moved back to my bank account by 15:00 today. The 31% was for tax-reasons, to follow the law she said. Before I registered with Yesoption I had a phone meeting and was informed there was no tax to pay, except tax I choose to report to the National authorities in my home country on profit made.
    Questions:
    A) Why do I have to invest an additional €12K/31% of my balance (must apply for a loan) in order to withdraw my money?
    B) How long does it take from registering a withdrawal to receiving it on my registered bank account? Yesoption has got all necessary ID and documentation available.

        I have made MANY investments and LOST ALL! Jeff Smitt, Donna Morough, Maria at Economy Dept and CFO James Daniel Quinn have ALL promised that I would receive ALL WHAT I HAD INVESTED if I make new investments. I have lost €60120,- based on lies and kroken guarantee from all of them. I have told my “new” AM to communicate with me by email due to medical doctor’s advice. I have asked her some questions and am waiting for answers in writing. She knows that!

        I am still waiting for €60120,- to be transferred to my bank account as guarantee in writing by CFO James Damien Quinn.

    I am very unhappy with my account manager(Jeff Smith) . I requested for withdrawal many times but the a/c manager kept declining my request. He called me today and asked me to wait for turn over and to randomly go to trade 30 sec with $250 , I kept losing and he kept saying -you are doing good. I had $2900 in my yes option a/c.Now I lost all my money . He said he will call me after 10 mins . Its been now 5 hours . He is offline on skype. I email him ,no response . I called SUPPORT @ +40312294795. I don’t know What am I suppose to do now . Kindly help . Yes Option a/c manager seems to be fraud.

        The account manager is a big liar. He never ring me. I have all the screen shot of the Skype chat…I kept messaging him but no response. He called me once telling me, he is working with his manager to compensate my account. After that he is lost. YES is a big SCAM. I request no people not to believe in your team. Your support team sucks.They never provided resolution to my account…I had to loose $3000 dollar for turn over (in your a/c manager ). Mr. Jeff smith is a liar and your company too..such a big company, do have any call records, that he actually called me up. Please stop fooling customers. I will bring this to all the social networking and news hub. So that none like m will be victimised again. Thanks

    In as much as I have had a hard time at some point (you can see my review), I don’t agree with some of your points. Not everyone can speak good English but as long as they try and you understand each other then it’s okay. My main issue was their withdrawal process but which they have now resolved although after a while and I hope it continues to be okay. I also wish I can call them when I wish not just them calling. The numbers don’t wall for calling out. All the best with your trading. By the way the mobile platform is Spot Option and it’s fantastic. I don’t like the main site as much but it’s not bad.

    Good Afternoon as I’m a fare believer in honesty I believed that I should write to the reviewers and the rest of the team that my withdrawal was appoved and yesoption did send my money back into my card. I guess we all still wish it was smoother without hassles. It slows down my trading. Anyway all the best and I hope your experience hasn’t put you off trading.
