Investors at Firstrade are given access to their web based trading platform, along with mobile apps for Android & iOS. In May 2019, they launched a brand new mobile trading app. Available assets to trade include: Stocks, ETFs, Options, Fixed Income (Bonds) and thousands of Mutual Funds. Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRIP) are available for free.

An interesting aspect of this broker is that their website is available in Taiwanese and Mandarin. Customer support is available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Five account types are available: Individual Account / Joint Account, Custodial Accounts, Traditional IRA, ROTH IRA and Rollover IRA. You can fund your new trading account with ACH, Check, Wire Transfer or you can Transfer from another financial institution.
