When we review a broker the main thing we look for to determine if they are a legit broker or a scam broker is very simple. Are the licensed and regulated by CySEC in Cyprus? Do they fall under the MIFId regulatory rules in the European Union (EU)? We then look to see if they hold a license from the CONSOB in Italy, BaFIN in Germany, ASIC in Australia or FCA in the United Kingdom (England).
