Penny Millionaire is a binary options signals software that went live on January 4th 2017. We ran into a few problems when we reviewed and tested the Penny Millionaire software which we will detail in the full review.

Penny Millionaire Review
We had a problem when first tried signing up for the Penny Millionaire software, because they first told us that we already had an account with all the brokers. So we tried with a different email address, and they gave us an account at an unlicensed broker.
One inside the software, which you need to login to at a different website (https://software.pennymillionaire.cc/home) we found a bunch of signals. The binary options signals would flash and change every 5 seconds. We searched for an automated trading module for the software, but all they would let us do, is make a deposit at that broker we are not interested in using.

The biggest problem with trading systems that promises riches in binary options trading are the false promises.
False Statement #1…
“You are only a few steps away, from making a fortune, from a solid penny!”
In reality you will need to deposit at least $250 at the broker before using the software.
False Statement #2…
All those testimonials for various people in the video, and not true. And it would be fine if they wrote “paid actor” or “non typical results”, but they don’t mention any of that. They are simply playing into your naive idea that it is easy to make money trading.
There is also many conflicting pieces of information on the Penny Millionaire website. They make mention of Equinox, Dow Jones Focus Group and AlgoMaster in various places on their site which leads us to believe that they did a lot of copy & paste.
Warning Scam Brokers Ahead…
If you want to use the Penny Millionaire system that is great, but you must be warned. Investors that trade with a broker that is not licensed and regulated usually never see their money again. There are hundreds of scam brokers online, and the investors forum is filled with complaints from investors who used a scam broker.
A binary options broker must be licensed by CFTC, ASIC, CySEC or FSB. You can read more about licensed brokers here. The sad mistake people make is that, they don’t realize there are many legal brokers who also have auto trading systems.
