TipTop offers traders the Hello Markets trading platform. With over 55 assets for trading on, including Forex, Commodities and Popular stocks. Their time frame for options are different from other brokers. A 15 minute option, expires at 15 minutes of the hour, and a one hour option expires on the hour. So for example, if it is 10:17 am and a trader selects the 45 min option, the option will expire at 10:45 and not at 11:02.
They are focusing their initial marketing efforts on English speaker as their site is currently only available in English. Minimum Deposit For New Accounts is $250. Minimum trade size is $5, and the maximum trade size is $10,000. Their returns on $EUR/USD binary options are 80% for all time frames.

Broker Not Licensed
When we review brokers, the one thing we look for in a binary options broker is are they licensed and regulated by CySEC in Cyprus? Do they fall under the MIFId regulatory rules in the European Union (EU)? Are they registered with the FCA in the United Kingdom?
TipTop does not accept traders from the United States, as they anticipate getting a license from CySEC. TipTop tells us that they have applied for a license from CySEC and hope to receive it soon.
