TradesCapital Complaints

There are various complaints about binary options brokers in general and you can read more here.

When it comes to TradesCapital and withdrawals here is something that many traders do not read, which is written in their terms and conditions page.

“Any withdrawal over 1,000 of the unit of currency of the account may be paid in monthly installments. The Withdrawals are limited to one withdrawal at the beginning of each month.”

  • Clients who choose AutoTrade Program: no withdrawals for up to three months.
  • Clients who choose Hybrid Auto Trading Program: no withdrawals for up to six months.
  • Clients who choose managed accounts: no withdrawals for up to one year.

So before you make a deposit, you must be aware of the time frames for withdrawing your money.

License & Regulations

When the team of Scam Broker Investigators reviews a binary options broker to determine if they are a legit or scam broker we look for a brokers license. We check for a license from ASIC Australia or the American CFTC. On October 26th 2015, FINRA published an investor alert regarding offshore binary options brokers. Read the alert on FINRA’s website here.

TradesCapital is not a licensed broker. People looking for a licensed broker can find a list of brokers here.
